- Right of Access & Portability: Obtain a structured, machine-readable copy (JSON or CSV) of all personal data maintained about you.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete personal records.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: Direct formal complaints to our Data Protection Officer for prompt internal review.
02. Identity Verification Standard
To protect your sensitive records from fraudulent exfiltration or identity spoofing, Indiquer RCM enforces a two-step verification process:
- Email Challenge: Upon form submission, an automated cryptographic confirmation link is transmitted to the email address on file.
- Identity Proofing: For high-risk requests (full account erasure or data export), our compliance team may request verification against official government identification (Driver's License, Passport, or Corporate NPI Registry).
03. Crucial Notice Regarding Patient Clinical Records (PHI)
If you are a patient seeking access or amendments to your medical or billing chart, federal law requires that you contact your treating physician, hospital, or clinic directly. When your healthcare provider submits an authorized instruction to Indiquer RCM, we execute the requested modification or purge in full compliance with CMS medical record retention laws.
04. Fulfillment Timelines & Appeals
We resolve all verified requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving proof of identity. If an inquiry involves voluminous archives or complex legal audits, we may extend the resolution window by up to sixty (60) additional days as allowed by GDPR and DPDP statutes, providing written notice of the delay.
